Hope Does Not Disappoint (Romans 5:5)

You are invited to our parish Advent Mission on Dec 4th & 5th (Wednesday and Thursday) at 6:30 PM following 6:00 PM Mass in church!
As we close out our 100th Anniversary as a Parish in the awareness of Pope Francis' call for a Year of Jubilee, our two day Advent Mission will affirm new spiritual strength by looking to the future with an open spirit, a trusting heart, and a far-sighted vision. 
We will glean insights for a rebirth of our personal calls to holiness as "we remember and give thanks." Marianite of Holy Cross, Sr. Judy Gomila, will facilitate our parish's communal reflection. 

Sr. Judith Gomila, a native of New Orleans, is a Marianite Sister of Holy Cross. She holds a Masters in Theology and Religious Studies from St. Paul University, Ottawa, Canada. 
Sr. Judy has facilitated retreats, workshops and parish missions from California to Florida and is known for her practical spirituality, storytelling. 
Her “go to” Scripture passage is from St. Luke 1:45 ~ “Blessed is she who believes that what was spoken to her by the Lord would be fulfilled."
