High School Confirmation

In the Archdiocese of New Orleans, the Sacrament of Confirmation is received when a Candidate is in the eleventh grade.

At Immaculate Conception Parish, High School Confirmation will begin with an Orientation for Parents, Candidates, and Sponsors on October 16, 2024.

The following Candidate Sessions will begin after the 6:00 p.m. Mass on Sundays (about 7 p.m.) We will gather in the Parish Hall.

Session 1: Sunday, October 27, 2024

Session 2: Sunday, November 3, 2024

Session 3: Sunday, November 17, 2024

Session 4: Sunday, December 1, 2024

Session 5: Sunday, December 15, 2024

Session 6: Sunday, January 5, 2025

Session 7: Sunday, January 19, 2025

Session 8: Sunday, February 2, 2025

Confirmation Retreat:  February 8, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In the Parish Hall  (Dismissal after the 4:00 p.m. Mass)

Confirmation Rehearsal- Candidates and Sponsors- Wednesday, February 12, 6:45-8:15 p.m. in Church. 

Eucharistic Celebration of the Sacrament of Confirmation: Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. All Candidates and sponsors must arrive by 6:00 p.m.

 Registration is after all Masses on the weekend of August 24 and 25, 2024. Registration Fee is $50.00- Contact Rhonda in the church office for more information.
